We try to accommodate every applicant; however, acceptance is not automatic, and there are cases where we cannot meet the specific needs of a student.
There are four main acceptance criteria for HVS: academics, behaviour, learning needs, and language skills.
Once accepted, enrolment at HVS is dependent upon space available in the relevant classes. HVS will get in contact with you to confirm if your child is accepted, interviews will be held by appointment, and our admission office will be in touch to set up a suitable date.
The Registration Contract should be returned to the Admissions Office within 7 days of receipt in order to preserve the space for your child(ren).
Once we have all your completed child documents in hand, the first payment of the tuition fees must be paid in full before the student starts the academic year.
Students may enrol only after Steps 1–3 have been completed. A Username and Password will be given to you to access an account in our official Application.
